Job Summary
We are seeking a highly skilled and strategic Human Resources Manager to lead our HR initiatives and support organizational growth. The ideal candidate will oversee all aspects of human resources management, including talent acquisition, employee relations, compliance, and performance management. This role requires a strong understanding of employment law, HRIS systems, and strategic planning to foster a positive workplace culture and ensure operational excellence across the organization.
Duties
- Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with organizational goals, including succession planning and organizational design.
- Lead talent acquisition efforts through sourcing, interviewing, and onboarding top talent using ATS platforms such as Taleo, Workday, or SAP SuccessFactors.
- Manage employee relations by addressing conflicts, conducting employee evaluations, and facilitating effective communication across teams.
- Oversee compliance with employment laws such as FMLA, OSHA, Workers' Compensation, and other federal/state regulations.
- Administer benefits programs including health insurance, retirement plans, and other employee benefits using platforms like ADP, Paychex, or Paylocity.
- Handle payroll processing and ensure accuracy through HRIS systems like Oracle HCM or UltiPro.
- Conduct training & development sessions to enhance employee skills and promote professional growth.
- Manage HR programs related to performance management, employee engagement, and change management initiatives.
- Supervise HR staff and coordinate with senior leadership to align HR practices with business objectives.
- Lead process improvement projects to optimize HR workflows and data collection methods for better decision-making.
Experience
- Proven experience in human resources management with a minimum of 5 years in a supervisory or leadership role.
- Extensive knowledge of employment & labor law, OSHA regulations, and workers' compensation procedures.
- Demonstrated expertise in talent acquisition strategies, employee relations, benefits administration, and HRIS platforms such as Workday, SAP SuccessFactors, or Oracle HCM.
- Strong negotiation skills along with excellent communication and presentation abilities.
- Experience managing HR programs related to performance management, succession planning, and organizational development.
- Ability to analyze data for process improvement initiatives and strategic planning purposes.
- Familiarity with HR software solutions including Kronos, UltiPro, Ceridian, Paychex, ADP, or similar systems is highly desirable. Pay: $262, $275,663.28 per year
