What You'll Be Doing:

Leasing & Customer Service – Conduct virtual and in-person tours, showcase the community, and help prospective residents find their perfect home.
CRM & Yardi Management – Enter leads, follow up with prospects, and maintain an organized leasing database.
Application Processing & Lease Prep – Assist applicants through the rental process and ensure smooth move-ins.
Resident Relations & Communication – Build relationships with residents, resolve concerns, and ensure top-tier customer service.
Property Inspections – Regularly check apartments and community spaces to maintain luxury standards.

Who We're Looking For:

Experienced Leasing Professionals – Prior experience in luxury market-rate communities preferred.
Customer Service Experts – Strong communication skills, both verbal & written.
Detail-Oriented & Organized Individuals – Ability to handle leasing paperwork, applications, and reports efficiently.
Tech-Savvy Candidates – Prior Yardi & CRM experience preferred.
Reliable & Professional Team Players – Maintain a polished appearance and a positive attitude.
Valid Driver's License Required

Current Leasing Office Hours: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
Please note: While we currently operate on a Monday–Friday schedule, if the market shifts, Saturday hours may be required in the future. Candidates should be open to schedule adjustments based on business needs.
