- Manage accounts payable and receivable cycles, ensuring accuracy and timely reconciliation.
- Oversee tax preparation and ensure compliance with filing requirements and deadlines.

- Strengthen internal controls and safeguard company assets through robust policies and procedures.
- Continuously identify opportunities to improve processes, reduce costs, and enhance reporting efficiency.
What You'll Bring
- 7–10+ years of progressive experience in accounting and finance, ideally within a manufacturing or distribution environment.
- 5+ years of leadership experience with direct reports.
- Proven experience in financial planning and analysis (FP&A)—budgeting, forecasting, and strategic modeling.
- Hands-on expertise with NetSuite ERP or a similar enterprise accounting system.
- Strong command of GAAP, financial reporting, and compliance.
- Proficiency with financial modeling, data analysis, and Excel (advanced level preferred).
- Exceptional communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
- A proactive, collaborative leader with a mindset for continuous improvement.
Why Join
This is a chance to make a lasting impact in a growth-focused company that values precision, integrity, and forward thinking. You'll be empowered to shape both the financial strategy and operational infrastructure of a thriving manufacturing and distribution organization.
