Responsibilities

• Efficiently wash dishes, glassware, silverware, pots, pans, and kitchen utensils using commercial dishwashing equipment or manual cleaning methods
• Maintain cleanliness of all kitchen surfaces, sinks, and dishwashing stations to uphold health and safety standards
• Assist with food preparation tasks such as organizing ingredients and supplies to support kitchen operations
• Support bussing duties by clearing tables and ensuring dining areas are tidy for incoming guests
• Help with basic food handling and sanitation procedures to ensure compliance with food safety regulations
• Collaborate with culinary team members during catering or banquet events to ensure timely setup and cleanup
• Follow proper waste disposal procedures and recycling protocols to promote an eco-friendly environment

Skills

• Prior experience in food service, restaurant, or hotel environments is highly desirable
• Knowledge of kitchen operations including bussing, food preparation, and basic cooking techniques
• Familiarity with food handling safety standards and sanitation practices
• Ability to work efficiently in fast-paced settings while maintaining attention to detail
