We are seeking a full-time
Business Development Manager
to join our team This individual will play a key role in selling ViClarity's GRC products and services to target vertical markets (i.e.,
financial services, credit unions, insurance, long-term care, etc.)

What You'll Do

  • Drive sales activities to meet KPIs and expand brand awareness, product adoption, and revenue
  • Manage the full sales cycle: prospecting, qualification, demos, proposals, closing, and handoff to implementation
  • Deliver consultative guidance and demos across ViClarity's compliance, risk, audit, and vendor management solutions
  • Apply a consultative approach to uncover customer needs and align solutions accordingly
  • Partner with marketing and implementation teams to support engagement and new business opportunities
  • Utilize Salesforce, HubSpot, and online prospecting tools for lead generation and pipeline management
  • Stay current on industry technologies, solutions, and trends

Who You Are

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience preferred
  • 2+ years of software sales experience preferred
  • Self-motivated with high energy and a positive outlook
  • Experience in a start-up or entrepreneurial environment
  • Strong interpersonal skills to influence, motivate, and build relationships
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and collaboration skills
  • Technical aptitude with interest in mastering our products
  • Detail-oriented and adaptable to changing priorities
  • Salesforce and HubSpot CRM experience a plus
  • Comfortable delivering software demos with a positive, engaging presence
  • Ability to travel
