Position Overview

ITAD USA is seeking an experienced and results-driven
Digital Marketing Coordinator
to oversee all aspects of the company's marketing efforts. This individual will be responsible for developing, executing, and managing digital marketing campaigns that generate qualified leads, support sales enablement, and enhance overall brand visibility. The ideal candidate will be a self-starter with strong communication skills, proven analytical abilities, and a deep understanding of B2B marketing in a technology or services-based environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Plan, develop, and execute multi-channel marketing campaigns focused on lead generation, client retention, and ROI growth.
  • Manage Salesforce & MCAE (Pardot) marketing integrations and CRM lead hygiene to ensure accurate tracking and reporting of campaign performance.
  • Create, schedule, and optimize email marketing campaigns, including audience segmentation, automation, and performance analysis.
  • Develop and publish engaging content across the company's digital platforms, including LinkedIn, YouTube, and the company website.
  • Write and design marketing materials such as newsletters, presentations, social media posts, and promotional materials.
  • Collaborate closely with the sales team to align outreach strategies and provide sales enablement tools, templates, and messaging.
  • Monitor, analyze, and report on key performance metrics to assess marketing effectiveness and identify opportunities for improvement.
  • Coordinate vendor relationships and maintain consistency across marketing platforms and tools.
  • Contribute to the development and enforcement of brand standards, ensuring messaging and visuals align with company identity.
  • Support the planning and execution of webinars, video projects, and other marketing initiatives.

Qualifications

  • 3+ years of experience in digital marketing, preferably in a B2B environment.
  • Proficiency in Salesforce, MCAE (Pardot), and marketing automation platforms.
  • Strong understanding of email campaign strategy, lead nurturing, and analytics.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to clearly communicate performance metrics and operational needs.
  • Experience creating detailed marketing reports and presentations for leadership.
  • Ability to work cross-functionally with sales and IT to align marketing and business objectives.
  • Proficient in content creation, copywriting, and social media management.
  • Familiarity with tools such as WordPress, Canva, and Microsoft 365 is preferred.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
