PAY STARTS AT $17.13 PLUS TIPS, AVERAGE $25 AN HOUR WITH TIPS​
We are seeking enthusiastic and dedicated Crew Members to join our dynamic team in a fast-paced food service environment. This role offers an excellent opportunity to gain experience in the food industry, develop customer service skills, and work in a lively café or quick-service restaurant setting. The ideal candidate will be passionate about food, committed to providing exceptional service, and eager to contribute to a positive dining experience for our guests.

Duties

• Prepare and serve food items efficiently while maintaining high standards of quality and presentation
• Operate POS systems such as Aloha POS and Micros POS for order processing and cash handling
• Assist with food safety, sanitation, and cleanliness protocols including bussing tables and maintaining a tidy work area
• Handle customer transactions accurately, including cash handling and basic math calculations
• Provide excellent customer service by taking orders, answering questions, and ensuring guest satisfaction
• Support food preparation tasks, including assembling orders and managing food inventory
• Uphold food handling standards and sanitation procedures in compliance with health regulations
• Assist with upselling menu items to enhance sales opportunities
• Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth restaurant operations during busy periods

Skills

• Experience in food preparation, food service, or quick-service restaurants is preferred
• Familiarity with POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS is a plus
• Strong customer service skills with the ability to engage positively with guests
• Basic math skills for cash handling, retail math, and kitchen calculations
• Knowledge of food safety, sanitation, and proper food handling procedures
• Ability to multitask effectively in a fast-paced environment with excellent time management skills
• Previous experience in the food industry, café, retail store, or grocery store is advantageous
• Ability to work well within a team and communicate clearly with coworkers and customers
