Position Overview:

Hotel ZaZa Memorial City is seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Manager to join our vibrant team. This role is perfect for a passionate hospitality professional who thrives on building relationships, driving revenue, and creating unforgettable experiences for our guests. As a Sales Manager, you will be the face of Hotel ZaZa in the marketplace, leveraging your creativity and strategic skills to attract new business and grow existing accounts.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Drive Revenue Growth: Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve and exceed revenue targets for group, corporate, and leisure segments.
  • Client Relationship Management: Cultivate strong relationships with clients, partners, and local businesses to generate repeat and referral business.
  • Market Engagement: Represent Hotel ZaZa at networking events, trade shows, and community functions to enhance brand visibility.
  • Proposal & Contract Management: Prepare compelling proposals, negotiate contracts, and ensure seamless execution of group bookings and events.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with the operations and catering teams to deliver exceptional guest experiences and ensure client satisfaction.
  • Reporting & Analysis: Monitor sales performance, analyze market trends, and provide regular updates to leadership on progress and opportunities.

Qualifications:

  • Experience: Minimum 2–3 years of hotel sales experience, preferably in luxury or boutique properties.
  • Skills: Strong negotiation, communication, and presentation skills; ability to build lasting relationships.
  • Knowledge: Familiarity with Houston market and hospitality industry trends is a plus.
  • Tech Savvy: Proficiency in sales systems (Delphi, Opera) and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Personality: Energetic, self-motivated, and passionate about delivering exceptional service.
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Hospitality, Business, or related field preferred.
