Your Role & Growth Opportunities
Core Responsibilities:
- Blood collection and IV catheter placement
- Anesthesia monitoring and surgical assistance
- Patient nursing care and post-operative monitoring
- Client communication and education
- Dental prophylaxis and radiography
- The ability to anticipate needs and the initiative to act accordingly
Professional Development:
- Continuing education allowance for licensed technicians
- Cross-training opportunities
- Mentorship from experienced team members
- Clear advancement pathways within our growing practice

Preferred Qualifications:
- Veterinary technician license/certification
- Experience with dental procedures and radiography
- Previous clinic experience (but not required for the right candidate)
Work-Life Balance That Actually Works
You'll enjoy a set schedule that will allow you to easily plan for and enjoy your life outside of work
- Full-time, 35-40 hours per week
- Hospital hours are Monday-Friday, 7 am-6 pm, and Saturdays: 7 am-1 pm
- Guaranteed full day off during the week
- Predictable schedule (with flexibility when needed)
Comprehensive Benefits Package
Starting Compensation:
$17-25/hour based on experience and credentials
- New technicians ( no experience): $17-18/hour
- Experienced technicians: $19-24/hour
- Licensed technicians: Top of the range, plus continuing education benefits
