Housekeeping & Laundry Supervisor

Working Supervisor who is responsible for the Laundry/Housekeeping Department of an 83-bed skilled nursing facility.

• Maintain cleanliness and sanitation in residents' rooms, common areas, and other facility spaces
• Follow daily and weekly cleaning schedules, including dusting, vacuuming, mopping, and disinfecting surfaces
• Restock supplies such as paper products, soap, and cleaning supplies
• Handle waste disposal in a safe and sanitary manner
• Report any maintenance needs or safety hazards to management promptly
• Follow health and safety regulations and infection control policies to ensure a safe environment
• Assist with laundry duties as needed

• Previous housekeeping management experience preferred, especially in a healthcare or long-term care environment
• High attention to detail and strong organizational skills
• Ability to work independently and follow specific cleaning guidelines
• Friendly, positive attitude with a commitment to providing excellent service
• Must be able to lift, bend, and carry items as needed (up to 30 lbs)
