Position Overview

We are seeking a friendly, professional, and highly organized Front Desk / Administrative Support team member for our West Seneca location. This role is perfect for someone who enjoys helping others, thrives in a structured environment, and communicates well with clients and staff.

Responsibilities

  • Greet clients warmly and create a welcoming atmosphere
  • Check clients in and out of appointments
  • Schedule, reschedule, and manage appointment calendars
  • Answer phones and handle client inquiries
  • Maintain accuracy in client records
  • Assist coaches with daily operational needs
  • Process payments and maintain basic financial tracking
  • Keep the front desk and waiting area clean, organized, and presentable
  • Support the flow of the clinic to ensure a smooth daily operation

Requirements

  • Strong customer service and communication skills
  • Friendly, positive, and professional demeanor
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Comfortable using computers and learning new software
  • Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
  • Prior office, customer service, receptionist, or healthcare front desk experience preferred but not required
  • Reliability and punctuality are musts

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $ $17.00 per hour

Expected hours: 15 per week
