Job Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and professional Receptionist to join our team. Duties

• Greet and welcome visitors in a warm and professional manner.
• Manage front desk operations, including answering phone calls and directing inquiries appropriately.
• Utilize phone systems effectively to ensure clear communication with clients and staff.
• Perform data entry tasks accurately and efficiently to maintain up-to-date records.
• Assist with office management duties, including filing, organizing documents, and maintaining office supplies.
• Provide administrative support to various departments as needed, ensuring timely completion of tasks.
• Demonstrate strong time management skills to prioritize responsibilities effectively.
• Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information while adhering to company policies.

Experience

• Previous experience in a front desk or receptionist role is preferred but not required.
• Proficiency in computer literacy, including familiarity with office software and data entry processes.
• Strong organizational skills with attention to detail in all aspects of work.
• Excellent phone etiquette and interpersonal skills for effective communication with clients and team members.
• Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team environment.
