Junior Inventory Manager

Position Overview

Entre Humos LLC is seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Junior Inventory Manager to support inventory operations across our premium cigar lounges, retail, wholesale, and e-commerce channels.

This is a developmental role designed for someone looking to build a career in operations, logistics, or retail management. You will work closely with senior management to ensure inventory accuracy, proper stock handling, and operational discipline.

Key ResponsibilitiesInventory Support & Control

• Assist with daily inventory tracking for cigars, spirits, accessories, and merchandise
• Support cycle counts, spot checks, and physical inventories
• Report discrepancies, damages, or missing items promptly

Receiving & Stock Handling

• Receive and verify inbound shipments against purchase orders
• Label, organize, and store inventory following company standards
• Assist with product transfers between locations and online fulfillment

Systems & Data Entry

• Enter inventory data into POS and inventory systems (e.g., Clover, Shopify)
• Maintain clean and accurate inventory records and spreadsheets
• Generate basic inventory reports as requested

Compliance & Best Practices

• Follow established procedures for regulated products (alcohol and tobacco)
• Maintain cleanliness, organization, and security in storage areas and humidors
• Adhere strictly to internal controls and loss-prevention policies

Team Collaboration

• Coordinate with lounge staff, managers, and sales teams
• Learn and apply inventory best practices through on-the-job training

Qualifications

• 1–2 years of experience in inventory, stockroom, retail, or warehouse operations
• Basic proficiency with POS systems and spreadsheets
• Strong attention to detail and willingness to follow processes
• Ability to lift and move inventory as required
• Punctual, dependable, and accountable

Preferred (Not Required)

• Experience in retail, hospitality, liquor, or cigar environments
• Familiarity with regulated products or multi-location operations
