Responsibilities:

Serve as the first point of contact for prospective residents—conduct property tours, highlight community features, and guide them through the leasing process

Follow up with leads and convert inquiries into signed leases

Maintain accurate guest cards, lead tracking, and leasing files

Ensure model units and amenities are show-ready every day

Assist with lease renewals and support resident retention efforts

Respond to resident questions and service requests with professionalism and care

Support daily office operations, reporting, and property inspections

Collaborate with the Community Manager and property team to deliver exceptional service and drive results

What We Are Looking For:

1+ year of experience in leasing, sales, or customer service preferred

Experience with leasing software (e.g., Yardi, Knock) is a plus

Strong verbal and written communication skills

Bilingual preferred

Self-starter with a friendly, professional attitude and customer-first mindset

Familiarity with Fair Housing, ADA, and local tenant regulations

Solid organizational skills and attention to detail

Ability to walk the property, tour units, and conduct inspections
