Job Description:

Fountain City Logistics is seeking a knowledgeable and driven
LTL Operations Coordinator
to join our team. This is a full-time, in-office position where you'll play a key role in managing Less-than-Truckload (LTL) shipments from start to finish. If you're highly organized, experienced in LTL freight, and thrive in a fast-paced environment, this could be the role for you.

What You'll Do:

• Quote, book, and track LTL shipments
• Communicate directly with customers and carriers to ensure seamless execution
• Build and maintain strong relationships with LTL carrier partners
• Handle daily operational issues and provide proactive updates to customers
• Manage accessorial disputes and facilitate freight claims (training provided)
• Assist with gathering shipment documentation and supporting invoicing processes (training provided)
• Work closely with internal teams to support overall operational efficiency
• Take on additional LTL-related tasks as needed

Qualifications:

• 1+ years of experience in LTL operations or freight brokerage
• Strong understanding of LTL processes, pricing, and carrier networks
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines in a fast-paced environment
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and organizational skills
• A customer-first mindset with a problem-solving attitude
• Experience working with TMS platforms or freight tech systems
• Bonus: familiarity with 3PL operations, vendor management, or dispatching
