Housekeeper

Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Housekeeper to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining cleanliness and orderliness in various facilities, ensuring a welcoming and hygienic environment. This role is essential in delivering exceptional service and upholding the highest standards of cleanliness across our properties. Experience in hospitality, janitorial, or industrial cleaning is highly valued, and prior housekeeper management experience is a plus. Responsibilities

• Perform thorough cleaning of guest rooms, public areas, and other designated spaces according to established standards
• Maintain cleanliness of floors through sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, and floor care procedures
• Restock supplies such as toiletries, linens, and cleaning materials to ensure readiness for guest needs
• Ensure all areas are sanitized and disinfected following health and safety protocols
• Handle laundry duties including washing, drying, folding, and organizing linens and towels
• Report maintenance issues or damages to management promptly for resolution
• Adhere to safety guidelines and use cleaning chemicals responsibly to prevent accidents or injuries
• Assist with special cleaning projects or deep-cleaning tasks as required by management

Qualifications

• Proven experience in cleaning, janitorial work, or hospitality environments preferred
• Knowledge of floor care techniques and industrial cleaning methods is advantageous
• Strong attention to detail with a commitment to maintaining high standards of cleanliness
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision while following established procedures
• Excellent time management skills to complete assigned tasks efficiently within scheduled shifts
• Prior experience in housekeeper management or supervisory roles is a plus
• Physical stamina to perform repetitive tasks such as lifting, bending, and standing for extended periods
• Ability to work effectively in a team environment and communicate clearly with colleagues and management

Pay: $ $20.00 per hour
