Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Kitchen Helper to join our culinary team. The ideal candidate will assist in food preparation, maintain cleanliness in the kitchen, and support the kitchen staff in delivering high-quality meals to our guests. Responsibilities

• Assist in the preparation of food items according to established recipes and standards.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen, including washing dishes, utensils, and cooking equipment.
• Ensure all food safety and sanitation guidelines are followed to maintain a safe working environment.
• Support chefs and cooks during meal service by preparing ingredients and assembling dishes as needed.
• Help with inventory management by restocking supplies and reporting any shortages to the kitchen manager.
• Participate in banquet preparation and service as required, ensuring timely delivery of meals.
• Communicate effectively with team members to ensure smooth operations during busy service periods.

Requirements

• Previous experience in food service or kitchen environments is preferred but not mandatory.
• Knowledge of food safety practices and ability to adhere to health regulations.
• Strong communication skills with a focus on teamwork and customer service.
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
• Willingness to learn new skills related to food preparation and kitchen operations.
• Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
