Job Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Housekeeper to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in maintaining cleanliness and orderliness in our facilities, ensuring a welcoming environment for guests and staff alike. This position requires a strong work ethic, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently as well as part of a team.

Responsibilities

• Perform thorough cleaning of guest rooms, hallways, and common areas to ensure high standards of cleanliness are met.
• Carry out floor care tasks including sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, and polishing surfaces.
• Manage custodial duties such as dusting furniture, sanitizing bathrooms, and replenishing supplies.
• Adhere to safety protocols while using cleaning chemicals and equipment.
• Report any maintenance issues or safety hazards to management promptly.
• Assist with laundry services as needed, ensuring linens are clean and well-maintained.
• Provide exceptional hospitality by responding to guest requests in a timely manner.

Experience

• Previous experience in housekeeping or custodial roles is preferred but not required.
• Familiarity with hospitality standards and practices is a plus.
• Experience in hotel or industrial cleaning environments is advantageous.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage time effectively.
• A commitment to maintaining high standards of cleanliness and hygiene.
