Duties

• Greet guests warmly and provide attentive, friendly service throughout their visit
• Take accurate food and beverage orders using POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS
• Serve food and drinks efficiently while maintaining high standards of presentation and safety
• Manage cash handling and cashiering duties with precision, including processing payments and giving change
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar and dining areas in compliance with food safety standards
• Assist with catering, banquet events, or nightclub service as needed, ensuring seamless guest experiences
• Upsell menu items to maximize sales opportunities while providing detailed descriptions to guests
• Monitor guest satisfaction continuously and address any concerns promptly to ensure a positive atmosphere

Experience

• Previous restaurant or food service experience, especially in fine dining or nightclub settings, is highly preferred
• Strong time management skills to handle multiple tables or bar orders simultaneously without sacrificing quality
• Knowledge of food safety protocols and proper food handling techniques to ensure guest safety
• Experience in catering or banquet service is a plus for supporting large events or special occasions
• Basic math skills for cash handling, retail math understanding for upselling, and accurate order calculations
• Excellent customer service skills with the ability to engage guests warmly and professionally
• Ability to work flexible hours, including nights and weekends, in a fast-paced hospitality environment
