Begin your driving career with a dependable regional fleet operating out of Odessa, TX We're looking for motivated entry-level CDL-A drivers who want to build real experience on the road while earning steady weekly pay and consistent miles. With paid training, reliable freight, and newer equipment, you'll have everything you need to grow your skills and advance in the trucking industry.

Compensation & Benefits

• Weekly Pay: $1,300–$1,500
• Miles: 3,000+ per week on average
• Monthly Safety & Performance Incentives

Primary Responsibilities

• Operate a Class A tractor-trailer professionally on regional routes
• Complete pre-trip and post-trip inspections accurately
• Maintain compliant DOT logs and required documentation
• Adhere to company procedures and all federal regulations
• Communicate effectively with dispatch throughout each trip

Qualifications

• Valid CDL-A License with active DOT Medical Card
• Ability to pass a DOT physical and hair-follicle drug test
• No DUI/DWI violations within the past 5 years
• Consistent and verifiable work history
