Construction Project Coordinator

Sweetens Concrete Services is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Project Coordinator to support the planning and execution of our construction projects. This role is critical to ensuring smooth coordination of personnel, equipment, materials, and site logistics.

Key Responsibilities

The Project Coordinator's duties include, but are not limited to:

• Schedule and coordinate logistics for Sweetens yard employees
• Track and schedule company equipment deliveries to job sites
• Track, schedule, and order materials for job sites
• Maintain accurate inventory of materials and small tools
• Schedule equipment rentals as needed
• Coordinate delivery and pick-up of portable restrooms for job sites
• Schedule concrete services for ongoing and upcoming jobs
• Maintain organization and cleanliness of the shop yard
• Monitor and coordinate maintenance for company vehicles and equipment
• Purchase and manage inventory of small tools
• Manage notifications to residents regarding upcoming or ongoing work

Qualifications

• Strong organizational and time-management skills
• Prior experience in construction or a related field preferred
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and schedules simultaneously
• Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
• Proficient with basic computer systems and scheduling tools
