Job Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and efficient Dishwasher to join our culinary team. The ideal candidate will play a vital role in maintaining cleanliness and sanitation standards in our kitchen environment. Responsibilities

• Wash and sanitize dishes, glassware, utensils, pots, pans, and kitchen equipment efficiently and thoroughly
• Support food preparation tasks such as basic food handling and setup when required
• Maintain cleanliness of the dishwashing area and ensure compliance with health and safety standards
• Assist with general cleaning duties around the kitchen and dining areas to uphold sanitation standards
• Follow proper procedures for food handling and hygiene to ensure guest safety
• Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure smooth service flow during busy periods

Requirements

• Previous experience in food service, restaurant, hotel, catering, or hospitality environments is preferred but not mandatory
• Knowledge of food handling, cleaning protocols, and sanitation standards is advantageous
• Ability to stand for extended periods and perform repetitive tasks efficiently
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to cleanliness and safety standards
• Ability to work effectively as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
• Flexibility to work various shifts including evenings or weekends if needed
• A positive attitude and willingness to learn new skills related to culinary support roles
