Google Cloud DevOps Engineer (GCP DevOps Engineer)
Job Summary
We are seeking a skilled GCP DevOps Engineer to design, implement, and manage scalable, secure, and highly available infrastructure on Google Cloud Platform (GCP). The ideal candidate will automate CI/CD pipelines, manage cloud infrastructure using IaC, and ensure reliability, performance, and security of cloud-native applications.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, deploy, and manage GCP infrastructure using Terraform / Deployment Manager
• Build and maintain CI/CD pipelines using tools like Cloud Build, Jenkins, GitHub Actions, GitLab CI
• Manage containerized workloads using Docker and Google Kubernetes Engine (GKE)
• Implement monitoring, logging, and alerting using Cloud Monitoring, Cloud Logging, Prometheus, Grafana
• Automate infrastructure provisioning and configuration
• Ensure high availability, scalability, security, and cost optimization
• Collaborate with development, security, and SRE teams
• Implement DevSecOps best practices
• Troubleshoot production issues and perform root cause analysis
• Manage IAM, networking, and security policies on GCP

Required Skills & Qualifications
Technical Skills

• Strong experience with Google Cloud Platform (GCP)
• Hands-on experience with GKE (Kubernetes)
• Experience with Infrastructure as Code (Terraform preferred)
• Proficiency in CI/CD tools (Cloud Build, Jenkins, GitHub Actions, etc.)
• Strong knowledge of Docker & containerization
• Experience with Linux system administration
• Familiarity with cloud networking (VPC, Load Balancers, Firewalls)
• Experience with monitoring and logging tools
• Scripting skills in Python, Bash, or Shell

• Compute Engine, Cloud Run, App Engine
• Cloud SQL, Firestore, BigQuery
• Pub/Sub
• IAM & Security Command Center

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $ $60.00 per hour
