Job Summary
We are seeking a professional and organized Front Desk Receptionist to join our team. The ideal candidate will serve as the first point of contact for visitors and callers, providing exceptional customer service and administrative support. This role requires strong office management skills, proficiency with computer systems, and the ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment. Experience with office management software such as QuickBooks, Microsoft Office, and Google Workspace is highly desirable. Bilingual abilities are a plus to effectively communicate with diverse clients and staff. The Front Desk Receptionist will play a vital role in maintaining smooth daily operations and ensuring a welcoming atmosphere for all visitors.

Responsibilities

  • Greet visitors and clients professionally, ensuring a positive first impression
  • Manage multi-line phone systems, screen calls, and direct inquiries appropriately
  • Schedule appointments and manage calendar entries using office management tools
  • Handle data entry, filing, and document proofreading to maintain accurate records
  • Perform clerical duties including photocopying, faxing, and mailing
  • Assist with bookkeeping tasks
  • Support office management activities such as supply inventory and organization
  • Provide excellent customer service by addressing inquiries promptly and courteously
  • Maintain a clean and organized reception area to promote a professional environment
  • Support administrative tasks such as typing correspondence and managing emails

Qualifications

  • Proven experience in office management, clerical work, or reception roles
  • Strong computer literacy with proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and Google Workspace
  • Experience with multi-line phone systems and phone etiquette
  • Ability to handle data entry accurately and efficiently with good organizational skills
  • Bilingual abilities are preferred to assist diverse clientele effectively
  • Excellent organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively
  • Attention to detail in proofreading documents and managing schedules
  • Previous experience in medical or dental reception is advantageous but not required
  • Personal assistant or administrative support experience is a plus
  • Demonstrated customer service skills with a friendly demeanor and professional attitude

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: From $20.00 per hour

Expected hours: 24 – 40 per week
