Role Description

This is in Arizona for a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA). The BCBA will conduct behavior assessments, develop individualized treatment plans, and implement behavior intervention strategies. The role involves working closely with clients, families, and therapists to monitor progress, provide ongoing training, and ensure effective service delivery. Collaboration, data-driven decision-making, and adherence to ethical practice standards are essential aspects of this position.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Behavior Analysis and Applied Behavior Analysis
• Strong knowledge of Behavior Management and Psychology
• Experience in Parent Education and support for family training initiatives
• Board certification as a Behavior Analyst (BCBA) and a valid state licensure for practice
• Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work collaboratively with a multidisciplinary team
• Prior experience working with individuals diagnosed with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD) is preferred
