As a Line Cook, you'll play a key role in ensuring our customers enjoy a top-notch dining experience. You'll work alongside a supportive team to prepare and present dishes that meet our high standards for quality and taste. This is the perfect opportunity for someone with at least 1 year of kitchen experience who's ready to bring their skills to a dynamic and welcoming environment.

• Preparing and cooking a variety of menu items according to recipes and quality standards.
• Ensuring food is properly portioned, cooked, and plated for an excellent presentation.
• Maintaining a clean and organized workstation throughout your shift.
• Following all food safety and sanitation guidelines to ensure a safe kitchen environment.
• Assisting with inventory management and restocking supplies as needed.
• Collaborating with the kitchen team to ensure smooth and efficient operations.

• Experience: At least 1 year of experience in a kitchen or culinary setting.
• Skills: Strong cooking skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
• Attitude: A positive, team-oriented mindset with a passion for delivering high-quality food.
• Reliability: Punctuality and dependability are a must.
• Knowledge: Familiarity with Mediterranean cuisine is a plus but not required.
