We are looking for 2 Unarmed security officers for luxury Retail locations in Aspen CO. Officer must have 2 plus years of experience in private security. Officers must be clean cut, have professional communication/customer service skills and be responsible for maintaining a safe secure environment for our clients.

We have Full time hours available ranging from 35-40 hours a week and Part-time hours ranging from 15-20 hours.

We are offering 35-40/hr based off of experience and Full time/Part-time Criteria

Officer MUST HAVE a well fitted Black suit/tie readily available as it will the daily uniform.

Skills

• Strong conflict management skills to de-escalate tense situations effectively.
• Proficiency in surveillance techniques and use of CCTV systems.
• Knowledge of loss prevention strategies and practices.
• Certification in first aid and CPR is highly desirable.
• Familiarity with law enforcement protocols or military experience is a plus.
• Ability to remain calm under pressure and make quick decisions.
• Excellent observational skills with attention to detail.
• Strong communication skills for effective interaction with diverse groups.

Responsibilities

• Monitor and patrol assigned areas to ensure safety and security.
• Respond promptly to alarms, incidents, and emergencies.
• Conduct regular surveillance using CCTV systems to detect suspicious activity.
• Enforce rules and regulations while maintaining a professional demeanor.
• Provide assistance during emergencies, including administering first aid and CPR as needed.
• Document incidents and prepare reports for management review.
• Collaborate with law enforcement agencies when necessary.
• Implement loss prevention strategies to minimize theft or damage.

Skills
