About This Opportunity:

We are seeking a Senior Manufacturing Engineer to serve as a technical leader in process engineering at our San Jose, California site. The Sr. ME will have broad manufacturing scope while maintaining deep expertise in at least one key process area — machining, sheet metal/welding, or powder coating. This role not only drives high-impact process improvements but also guides and mentors other engineers and technicians, supports strategic initiatives, and partners with leadership to scale operations for growth.

This role supports base business improvement and/or new product launches, develops tooling and fixtures, implements lean methodology, investigates issues using root cause analysis, implements improvements, manages CAPAs, and creates documentation such as standard work and validation protocols. The engineer collaborates cross-functionally to optimize designs for manufacturability and cost and communicates effectively with internal teams and customers.
