Job Summary
We are seeking a vigilant and dedicated Arme Security Officer to ensure the safety and security of our premises, personnel, and assets. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in security operations, conflict management, and surveillance techniques. This role requires a professional with excellent observational skills, the ability to respond effectively to emergencies, and a commitment to maintaining a secure environment. Prior experience in law enforcement, military service, or security is highly valued.

Duties

• Monitor and patrol designated areas using CCTV systems and on-site surveillance equipment to detect suspicious activity or security breaches.
• Conduct regular security checks of facilities, entrances, and exits to ensure safety protocols are followed.
• Respond promptly to alarms, incidents, or emergencies, including providing first aid or CPR if necessary.
• Enforce security policies and procedures to prevent theft, vandalism, or unauthorized access; implement loss prevention strategies.
• Manage conflict situations professionally, de-escalating potential threats or disputes with effective conflict management techniques.
• Maintain detailed incident reports and documentation of daily activities for record-keeping and review purposes.
• Collaborate with law enforcement agencies when required and assist during investigations or security audits.
• Provide excellent customer service by assisting visitors and staff while maintaining a secure environment.

Requirements

• Proven experience in security, law enforcement, military service, or related fields is preferred.
• Certifications in First Aid, CPR, and Conflict Management are highly desirable; ongoing training is supported.
• Knowledge of surveillance systems such as CCTV and loss prevention techniques.
• Strong observational skills with the ability to identify potential security risks proactively.
• Ability to remain calm under pressure and respond effectively during emergencies.
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to handle conflict professionally.
• Must be physically fit to patrol large areas and stand for extended periods.
• Valid security license or certification as required by local regulations is preferred but not mandatory at the outset.
