Sales Representative – Boost Mobile

Hourly Pay + Commission
Locations: Fall River & Taunton, MA

Boost Mobile is looking for motivated, customer-focused Sales Representatives to join our growing team in Fall River and Taunton. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys selling, building relationships, and uncovering opportunities to help customers find the right wireless solutions. While prior sales experience is preferred, we are willing to train the right candidate who brings energy, reliability, and a strong desire to succeed.

This position offers hourly pay plus commission, hands-on training, and opportunities to grow within a fast-paced retail sales environment.

Job Overview

We are seeking a dynamic and driven Sales Representative to help grow our customer base and strengthen relationships across our Fall River and Taunton locations. In this role, you will actively sell Boost Mobile products and services, follow up with customers using CRM software, and support community events and outreach efforts that drive new and repeat business.

What You'll Do

  • Sell Boost Mobile products and services by engaging customers and delivering full wireless solutions
  • Actively uncover sales opportunities through in-store conversations, outbound calls, and CRM-driven follow-ups
  • Call existing and potential customers using our CRM software to drive activations, upgrades, and add-ons
  • Assist with and participate in community events, local marketing initiatives, and outreach opportunities
  • Build strong, long-term customer relationships through excellent service and follow-through
  • Conduct product demonstrations and clearly explain plans, devices, and promotions
  • Accurately track leads, customer interactions, and results in CRM systems
  • Collaborate with store leadership and team members to support sales and performance goals

What We're Looking For

  • Sales experience preferred (retail, wireless, inside sales, or technology sales a plus)
  • Willingness to learn — we will train the right candidate
  • Strong communication and customer engagement skills
  • Comfortable making outbound calls and proactive customer outreach
  • Reliable transportation required (ability to travel between Fall River and Taunton locations and attend events as needed)
  • Familiarity with CRM software or willingness to learn
  • Self-motivated, dependable, and goal-oriented
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, performance-driven environment

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $35, $59,234.35 per year
