Are you organized and detail-oriented? We are looking for a dedicated Receiving Clerk to join our busy distribution center in Grand Rapids, Michigan. In this crucial role, you will be responsible for the accurate and timely processing of all incoming shipments. This includes verifying product counts against purchase orders, inspecting goods for damage, and properly documenting all received items. Your work will directly impact inventory accuracy and the overall efficiency of our logistics operations. You will work closely with our warehouse team to ensure that received materials are promptly and correctly staged for put-away. Strong communication skills are essential for coordinating with vendors and internal departments. We provide all necessary PPE and expect it to be used consistently to ensure your safety and the safety of others. This position involves regular lifting of items up to 40 lbs, as well as standing and walking for extended periods. Familiarity with shipping and receiving procedures is highly preferred.
