We are looking for an experienced Warehouse Coordinator to lead and manage operations in our Houston, Texas facility. This key role involves overseeing all aspects of warehouse activities, including receiving, storage, order fulfillment, and shipping. You will be responsible for managing inventory levels, optimizing space utilization, and ensuring efficient workflow throughout the logistics process. This position requires strong leadership skills, excellent organizational abilities, and a deep understanding of warehouse management systems. You will supervise a team of warehouse associates, providing guidance, training, and performance management. A commitment to upholding stringent Safety standards and ensuring the correct use of Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) is paramount. You will coordinate with other departments and external vendors to ensure smooth operations and resolve any logistical challenges. This role may involve some physical tasks, including Lifting and operating equipment, but primarily focuses on management and oversight. A proven track record in warehouse coordination or a similar logistics management role is essential.
