Responsibilities:
- Accurately pick items for customer orders using RF scanners and pick lists.
- Pack orders with care and precision, ensuring product safety during transit.
- Prepare packages for shipment, including labeling and documentation.
- Receive and stock incoming inventory efficiently.
- Operate warehouse equipment such as pallet jacks safely.
- Conduct regular inventory checks and assist with cycle counting.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area.
- Adhere to all safety protocols and wear required PPE at all times.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve daily fulfillment goals.
- Assist in other warehouse functions as needed to support overall logistics.
Qualifications:
- High School Diploma or GED.
- Previous experience in a warehouse, fulfillment, or order picking role is a plus.
- Ability to perform frequent lifting of up to 50 lbs.
- Must be able to stand, walk, bend, and reach for extended periods.
- Excellent attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy.
- Familiarity with scanning equipment and order fulfillment processes.
- Strong work ethic, reliability, and punctuality.
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
- Understanding of basic safety procedures and willingness to wear PPE.
- Enthusiasm for working in a fast-paced logistics environment.
