Responsibilities:
  • Operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and other material handling equipment safely and efficiently.
  • Load and unload trucks and containers, verifying shipment contents against orders.
  • Transport materials to and from designated areas within the warehouse.
  • Receive, identify, and store inventory accurately.
  • Pick and pack orders with precision and care.
  • Conduct daily inspections of equipment and report any maintenance needs.
  • Adhere strictly to all safety regulations and company policies, including the correct use of PPE.
  • Maintain a clean and organized work environment.
  • Perform lifting of packages and materials as required, following safe lifting techniques.
  • Assist with inventory counts and cycle counts.
  • Contribute to the overall efficiency of the logistics and supply chain operations.
Qualifications:
  • High school diploma or GED preferred.
  • Previous experience in a warehouse or material handling role is advantageous.
  • Experience operating forklifts or other powered industrial trucks.
  • Ability to perform physical tasks, including frequent lifting of up to 50 pounds.
  • Strong understanding of warehouse safety procedures and the importance of PPE.
  • Good communication and teamwork skills.
  • Reliable and punctual with a strong work ethic.
  • Familiarity with inventory management systems is a plus.
  • Commitment to maintaining a safe and productive logistics environment.
