Our San Jose, California facility is seeking a meticulous Receiving Clerk to join our vital logistics team. This role is essential for ensuring the accuracy and integrity of incoming inventory. You will be responsible for the efficient and organized unloading of shipments, verification of packing slips against received goods, and the accurate entry of data into our inventory system. Maintaining a safe and organized receiving area is paramount. You'll work closely with carriers, warehouse associates, and supervisors to ensure a smooth flow of goods into our distribution center. The ideal candidate will have excellent attention to detail, strong organizational skills, and basic computer proficiency. Experience in a warehouse or logistics environment is preferred, but not required for candidates with a strong aptitude for accuracy and process. This position requires some physical activity, including standing, walking, and occasional Lifting of items. A commitment to Safety and the proper use of Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) is mandatory. You will play a crucial role in maintaining accurate inventory levels, which directly impacts our operational efficiency and customer satisfaction.
