This role involves a variety of essential tasks, including receiving, stocking, picking, packing, and shipping products. You'll be a key player in ensuring that orders are fulfilled accurately and efficiently, supporting our commitment to customer satisfaction. Responsibilities:
- Receive and process incoming inventory, verifying quantities and quality.
- Stock shelves and storage areas, ensuring items are placed correctly and organized.
- Accurately pick orders based on customer requirements and fulfill them promptly.
- Pack items securely for shipment, ensuring they are protected during transit.
- Load and unload trucks, managing the flow of goods in and out of the facility.
- Operate warehouse equipment, such as pallet jacks, with proper training and adherence to safety protocols.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area, following all company guidelines.
- Adhere strictly to safety procedures, including the mandatory use of PPE.
- Participate in inventory counts and assist in maintaining stock accuracy.
- Manage tasks involving Lifting of boxes and products, using safe lifting techniques.
- Previous experience in a warehouse or distribution center environment is a plus.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced setting.
- Must be able to perform physical tasks, including frequent Lifting of up to 50 lbs.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.
- Reliable and punctual with a strong work ethic.
- Willingness to learn and follow instructions.
- Understanding of basic warehouse safety procedures and the importance of PPE.
- Team-oriented mindset.
- Familiarity with basic logistics concepts is beneficial.
