Our growing facility in Portland, Oregon is looking for dedicated and reliable Warehouse Workers to join our team. As a Warehouse Worker, you will be an integral part of our daily operations, responsible for a variety of tasks that keep our distribution center running smoothly. This role requires physical stamina, attention to detail, and a commitment to maintaining a safe and efficient work environment. You'll be involved in receiving, storing, picking, packing, and shipping goods, ensuring accuracy and timeliness at every step. Responsibilities:
- Receive, unload, and process incoming inventory accurately.
- Store products in designated locations, ensuring proper rotation and organization.
- Pick and pack customer orders with precision and speed.
- Load outgoing shipments onto trucks, ensuring secure transport.
- Operate material handling equipment, such as pallet jacks and forklifts, safely and efficiently.
- Maintain a clean, orderly, and safe work environment.
- Adhere to all company policies and procedures, especially regarding safety and the correct use of PPE.
- Participate in regular inventory counts and assist in maintaining accurate stock levels.
- Assist with other warehouse duties as assigned, including sweeping, tidying, and basic maintenance.
- Be mindful of Lifting requirements and utilize proper techniques.
- Previous warehouse or general labor experience is preferred but not required.
- Ability to stand, walk, and bend for extended periods.
- Capacity for frequent Lifting of items up to 50 lbs.
- Strong work ethic and a positive attitude.
- Willingness to learn and adapt to new tasks and procedures.
- Understanding of basic safety principles and the importance of PPE.
- Familiarity with logistics operations is a plus.
- Team player mentality.
