Seeking Order Pickers for our bustling Los Angeles, California distribution center! This role is fundamental to our Logistics operations, ensuring that customer orders are accurately and efficiently fulfilled. You will be responsible for accurately picking items from shelves, verifying orders, and preparing them for shipment. This position requires physical agility, attention to detail, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment. Safety is our utmost priority, and all team members are trained on our Safety procedures and provided with the necessary PPE. Key Responsibilities:
- Accurately pick items from warehouse shelves based on order lists.
- Use RF scanners and other equipment to manage inventory and track picks.
- Verify picked items against order specifications for accuracy.
- Pack orders securely and label them for shipment.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area.
- Adhere to all company Safety protocols and procedures.
- Meet established performance targets for productivity and accuracy.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
- Previous order picking or warehouse experience is a strong asset.
- Ability to perform physical tasks, including frequent Lifting of items up to 35 lbs.
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a dynamic Logistics setting.
- Familiarity with warehouse Safety practices and the use of PPE.
