We are seeking dedicated Warehouse Associates for our Madison, Wisconsin facility. As a Warehouse Associate, you will be involved in a variety of tasks essential to our Logistics operations, including picking and packing orders, receiving and stocking inventory, and maintaining the cleanliness and organization of the warehouse. This role requires physical stamina, attention to detail, and a strong commitment to Safety. You will work as part of a team to ensure efficient operations and timely order fulfillment. We provide a supportive work environment and all necessary PPE.
Key Responsibilities:
- Accurately pick and pack customer orders.
- Receive, inspect, and stock incoming inventory.
- Load and unload materials from trucks.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
- Operate warehouse equipment as needed (training provided).
- Assist with inventory counts and reconciliation.
- Follow all company Safety guidelines and wear appropriate PPE.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Previous warehouse or general labor experience is beneficial.
- Ability to perform physical tasks, including consistent Lifting up to 40 lbs.
- Familiarity with warehouse operations and Safety practices.
- Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
- Strong work ethic and reliability.
