We are looking for energetic Order Pickers to join our team in Orlando, Florida! As an Order Picker, you will be responsible for accurately and efficiently retrieving items from warehouse shelves to fulfill customer orders. This role requires speed, accuracy, and the ability to work in a dynamic environment. You will be instrumental in ensuring timely order fulfillment, a critical component of our Logistics operations. The ability to read pick lists, operate scanning equipment, and navigate the warehouse is essential. We prioritize Safety and provide the necessary training and equipment, including PPE, to ensure a secure working environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Accurately pick customer orders using pick lists or scanning devices.
- Locate and retrieve products from warehouse shelves and storage areas.
- Pack picked items securely and prepare them for shipment.
- Conduct quality checks to ensure correct items and quantities are picked.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area.
- Adhere to all Safety regulations and company policies.
- Meet established productivity and accuracy targets.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
- Previous experience as an order picker or in a warehouse environment is a plus.
- Ability to perform physical tasks, including frequent Lifting of items up to 30 lbs.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Familiarity with warehouse Safety procedures and the use of PPE.
