From £50,000 base salary. OTE £70,000 Senior leadership role in a rapidly growing business Opportunity to shape and scale a national sales function Clear influence on strategy, expansion, and commercial direction 30 days holiday 5% pension We’re looking for an ambitious Director of Sales to lead and scale the sales function of a fast-growing premium serviced accommodation business operating across the UK. This is a senior, hands-on commercial leadership role with full ownership of sales strategy, new business acquisition, and client growth, working closely with the Chief Commercial Officer and wider leadership team. You’ll play a key role in driving expansion across London and other major cities while building a high-performing sales and client management team. What you’ll be doing:
Sales Strategy & Growth
As Director of Sales you'll own and deliver the UK-wide sales strategy aligned to business growth plans Drive new business acquisition across corporate, relocation, insurance, and travel sectors Lead the full sales cycle from prospecting to contract and long-term account growth Identify and execute market expansion opportunities, especially in London Forecast sales performance and use data to drive continuous improvement Team Leadership
Lead and develop teams across New Business and Client Management Set clear targets, coach performance, and build a motivated, results-driven culture Recruit and develop top commercial talent as the business scales Client & Commercial Leadership
Personally lead key pitches, negotiations, and strategic client relationships Ensure smooth handover of new clients into operations and reservations Maintain strong client satisfaction and long-term partnerships Cross-Functional Collaboration
Work closely with Marketing on campaigns, lead generation, and brand presence Partner with Property Acquisition to support demand-led expansion decisions Collaborate with Operations to ensure excellent service delivery Provide commercial insight and reporting to the CCO and leadership team What We’re Looking For
Essential
Proven sales leadership experience in hospitality, serviced accommodation, corporate housing, or a related sector Track record of driving sales growth in a fast-paced, high-growth environment Experience managing and developing multi-disciplinary commercial teams Strong negotiation, presentation, and relationship-building skills Commercially and data-driven, with experience using CRM systems Desirable
Strong knowledge of the London corporate accommodation market Existing relationships with relocation agents, insurers, or corporate travel buyers Experience working with PMS and commercial systems Understanding of property or accommodation acquisition processes What Success Looks Like
Strong year-on-year revenue growth High-performing, motivated sales and client teams Loyal, long-term client relationships Clear commercial influence on market and property expansion decisions.
