*About the role*
We are a leading international provider of medical and performance record software for elite sport. Our platform supports professional clubs, national teams and performance-driven organisations to collect, analyse and act on athlete data — from medical and wellness through to training load, testing and match performance.
Our mission is to turn complex athlete data into meaningful, actionable insight that supports better performance and better decision-making.
This is an exciting opportunity to join a team that sits at the intersection of sport, data and technology. As a Client Engagement & Performance Data Executive, you’ll work with elite sports organisations across the globe, helping them unlock the full potential of athlete data.
This is a full-time, role in Sutton, where you’ll collaborate closely with colleagues and clients to deliver exceptional service and insight. You’ll also have regular travel to London and occasional visits to client sites, so flexibility and a proactive approach are key.
*What you will be doing*
* Acting as the first point of contact for client queries and providing practical solutions.
* Helping practitioners interpret athlete data and create meaningful reports.
* Delivering onboarding and training sessions for sports science and medical teams.
* Testing new software features and sharing feedback to improve workflows.
* Coordinating projects such as system rollouts and onboarding new clubs.
*Who we are looking for*
You’ll bring a interest in sport, data and technology, along with the ability to communicate confidently with practitioners and stakeholders. Ideally, you’ll have:
* A degree or background in Sports Science, Performance Analysis, Physiotherapy or Data Science.
* Experience working with athlete monitoring systems or performance platforms.
* Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
* Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
* Confidence using data dashboards and reporting tools.
* Familiarity with project coordination tools such as Trello or CRM systems.
