KaitoConnect Inc. specializes in face-to-face business-to-business customer acquisitions. We partner with organizations that support small and medium-sized businesses, helping them register for essential services and make informed purchasing decisions. Our team goes directly into the field to meet business owners, understand their needs, and guide them through their first steps with our partners' programs.

What You'll Do
- Visit small and medium-sized businesses within your assigned territory (Hamilton, Burlington, Oakville; recruiting also from Brampton, Mississauga, Etobicoke).
- Provide in-person support to help businesses register for partner programs.
- Guide new clients through their first qualifying purchase and ensure a smooth onboarding process.
- Represent our company professionally while building trust and long-term customer relationships.
- Learn foundational sales skills, leadership practices, and field operations.
- Work closely with team leads and management to track progress and improve results.
What We're Looking For
No previous experience is required, training is provided. We're seeking individuals who have:

- A solid work ethic and reliability
- Comfort speaking with people face-to-face
- A desire for personal growth and career development
- Full-time availability, Monday to Friday
This role is ideal for candidates looking to build hands-on business, sales, and management experience.

Requirements
- Full-time availability (8:30 AM – 5:00 PM, Monday–Friday)
- Ability to commute to our temporary North York office
- Ability to travel within your assigned territory during work hours
- Legally eligible to work in Canada
