Relevant du directeur méthodes et programmation, le ou la titulaire du poste élabore et rédige les gammes de fabrication conformément aux exigences et spécifications du client et aux normes de lentreprise de façon à optimiser le rendement et les méthodes de travail du personnel de production ainsi quà réduire les coûts de production. Le ou la titulaire participe également à lensemble des activités : évaluer le matériel ainsi que la quincaillerie et estimer les étapes et le temps de production de chaque pièce à linterne ou de la sous-traitance.
Responsabilités
Concevoir et réaliser des cahiers de montage visuel;
Documenter et mettre à jour les instructions de travail, gammes et Data Card;
Planifier et implanter les changements en production;
Participer aux rencontres préparatoires de nouveaux projets;
Collaborer avec les équipes de méthode, qualité et de production;
Analyser les processus de fabrication, identifier et déployer des améliorations;
Analyser les dessins techniques : interpréter linformation concernant les matériaux, les spécifications et les instructions de fabrication;
Modélisation 3d et dessin 2d des pièces au besoin à laide de Catia V5;
Rédiger les gammes de fabrication et coordonner lintroduction de nouveaux produits au travers du processus FAI (first article inspection);
Interpréter et valider les requis techniques des dessins sur le logiciel Catia V5;
Analyser limpact des demandes de changements provenant des clients ou de linterne à laide de la procédure de revue de contrat et danalyse de risques.
Exigences demploi
Scolarité requise
Intermédiaire ou expert en Catia V5 et autres logiciels de dessin génie mécanique, industriel, qualité;
ou
Diplôme détudes collégiales en maintenance daéronefs.
Compétences techniques
Minimum 2 à 5 années dexpérience en environnement manufacturier ou industriel pertinent (débutant-e accepté-e selon le poste).
Compétences personnelles
Excellentes habiletés en communication;
Sens de lorganisation, esprit danalyse et ingéniosité;
Capacité à travailler en équipe.

Purpose of the position
Reporting to the Director of Methods and Programming, the incumbent develops and writes manufacturing routings in accordance with customer requirements and specifications and company standards in order to optimize the performance and work methods of production personnel and reduce production costs. The incumbent also participates in all activities: evaluating the equipment and hardware and estimating the steps and time of production of each part in-house or subcontracted.
Responsibilities
Design and produce visual assembly books;
Document and update work instructions, routings and Data Card;
Plan and implement changes in production;
Participate in preparatory meetings for new projects;
Collaborate with the method, quality and production teams;
Analyze manufacturing processes, identify and deploy improvements;
Analyze technical drawings: interpret information regarding materials, specifications and manufacturing instructions;
3D modeling and 2d drawing of parts as needed using Catia V5;
Write manufacturing ranges and coordinate the introduction of new products through the FAI (first article inspection) process;
Interpret and validate the technical requirements of the drawings on the Catia V5 software;
Analyze the impact of change requests from customers or internally using the contract review and risk analysis procedure.
Job requirements
Education requirements
Intermediate or expert in Catia V5 and other mechanical engineering, industrial, quality drawing software;
or
College diploma in aircraft maintenance.
Technical skills
Minimum 2 to 5 years of experience in a relevant manufacturing or industrial environment (beginner accepted depending on the position);

Ability to work in a team.
