We are experiencing rapid growth and are looking for a highly motivated Automotive DMS Trainer to join our team and play a critical role in customer success.
*Position Overview*
Advent Resources is seeking a Technical Implementation Project Manager to lead complex automotive dealership SaaS and DMS implementations. This role is responsible for managing multi-store deployments, coordinating system integrations, and ensuring dealerships successfully adopt Advent’s platform with minimal operational disruption.
You will act as the central point of coordination between dealer leadership, IT teams, and internal engineering, training, and support teams, ensuring implementations are delivered on time, within scope, and to dealership-specific requirements.
*Key Responsibilities*
* Own the end-to-end implementation lifecycle
* Manage multi-store and enterprise dealer group implementations, including phased rollouts and pilot locations
* Build and maintain project plans, timelines, and go-live schedules
* Use Advent’s project management tools to create, assign, track, and close all implementation tasks
* Coordinate cross-functional resources including engineering, integrations, training, and support teams
* Serve as the primary point of contact for dealership stakeholders, including GM, GSM, IT, and operations leaders
* Communicate clear, consistent project status updates to internal teams and dealership clients
* Identify, manage, and mitigate implementation risks, including data dependencies, integration readiness, and dealership process changes
* Lead internal project teams through execution while maintaining accountability for timelines and outcomes
* Ensure a smooth handoff to training, support, and customer success teams post-go-live
* Maintain strong, trusted dealer relationships throughout the implementation lifecycle
*Required Qualifications*
* 3–6 years of SaaS Project Management experience.
* Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience
* Strong understanding of dealership workflows (sales, F&I, inventory, accounting, or service)
* Proven ability to manage complex, cross-functional implementation projects
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including executive-level dealership communication
* Strong organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills
* Comfortable operating in a fast-paced, multi-project SaaS environment
* Ability to adapt quickly to dealership-driven changes and operational constraints
* Professional demeanor with a client-first mindset
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $75,000.00 - $85,000.00 per year
