Nola Physical Therapy is a *100% Physical Therapist–owned private practice* with four locations across New York City and Connecticut. We are seeking a Physical Therapist to join our *Darien and Stamford, CT* clinics.

*Key Responsibilities*
* Deliver individualized, evidence-based patient care
* Build strong, lasting connections with patients
* Develop customized plans of care using current best practices
* Communicate effectively with referral sources and internal teams
* Collaborate with the Director on day-to-day clinic operations (with support)
* Educate and support clinical and administrative staff as needed
* Mentor students as a Clinical Instructor (optional)
Position Requirements
* Active Physical Therapist license in the state of Connecticut
* DPT from an accredited physical therapy program
* Strong communication and time management skills
* Goal-oriented and collaborative mindset
* Background in exercise-based rehabilitation and manual therapy preferred
Compensation & Benefits
* *Salary range: $80,000–$120,000*, based on experience, leadership involvement, and caseload
