Learning Well is seeking a
part-time BCBA
to support students in
public school settings *
through assessment, supervision, and collaborative consultation services.

Position Details

• Part-time: 25–30 hours per week
• Services provided in public school settings
• School hours schedule
• Consultation-based service model
• Flexible scheduling within school hours

Responsibilities

• Conduct Functional Behavior Assessments (FBAs) within public school settings
• Develop, implement, and monitor behavior intervention plans
• Provide supervision, training, and ongoing support to RBTs/BTs working in schools
• Collaborate with school teams, administrators, and related service providers
• Actively participate as a team player within Learning Well's collaborative environment
• Utilize Learning Well's consultation model to support student success
• Review data, monitor progress, and adjust interventions as needed
• Maintain documentation in accordance with district, agency, and BACB standards

Qualifications

• Current BCBA certification in good standing
• Experience conducting FBAs and developing behavior plans in school-based settings
• Experience supervising RBTs preferred
• Flexible, adaptable, and a strong team player
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills
• Knowledge of public school systems and special education environments is a plus
