Learning Well
Learning Well is seeking a
part-time BCBA
to support students in
public school settings *
through assessment, supervision, and collaborative consultation services.
Position Details
- Part-time: 25–30 hours per week
- Services provided in public school settings
- School hours schedule
- Consultation-based service model
- Flexible scheduling within school hours
Responsibilities
- Conduct Functional Behavior Assessments (FBAs) within public school settings
- Develop, implement, and monitor behavior intervention plans
- Provide supervision, training, and ongoing support to RBTs/BTs working in schools
- Collaborate with school teams, administrators, and related service providers
- Actively participate as a team player within Learning Well's collaborative environment
- Utilize Learning Well's consultation model to support student success
- Review data, monitor progress, and adjust interventions as needed
- Maintain documentation in accordance with district, agency, and BACB standards
Qualifications
- Current BCBA certification in good standing
- Experience conducting FBAs and developing behavior plans in school-based settings
- Experience supervising RBTs preferred
- Flexible, adaptable, and a strong team player
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills
- Knowledge of public school systems and special education environments is a plus
