Job Type: Full-time

Schedule: Must be available to support a 7-Day-A-Week operation, including weekends

Pay: $6,333-$7,250 (DOE) + mileage reimbursement + benefits

ABOUT THE ROLE

We are a small, well-established property management company seeking a hands-on Field Supervisor to oversee daily site operations across six self-storage facilities. This role is field-focused and requires regular on-site presence, strong attention to detail, and the ability to support staff, vendors, and facilities in real time. The ideal candidate is proactive, organized, and comfortable working in the field to ensure properties are clean, safe, and operating efficiently. The candidate understands that strong field operations directly impact customer experience, rentals, and retention, and is comfortable supporting staff and customers when needed.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Conduct regular site visits to inspect cleanliness, safety, and curb appeal

  • Verify security procedures, access systems, lighting, and daily routines

  • Ensure staff follow operational and customer-service standards

  • Provide hands-on coaching and corrective feedback

  • Identify maintenance needs and ensure follow-up

  • Respond to urgent on-site issues

  • Support safety, fire, and accessibility compliance

· Support day-to-day customer service and rental operations, including move-ins, move-outs, access issues, and customer escalations

· Maintain consistent customer-service standards and step in during coverage gaps or high-volume periods

· Coordinate and oversee vendors and maintenance services (landscaping, janitorial, pest control, repairs), ensuring work is completed to standard

· Assist with staff and vendor scheduling, including adjustments for PTO and call-outs

· Monitor open issues, follow up as needed, and provide regular updates and reporting on site operations

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:

  • 3+ years in a field-based supervisory or multi-site role

  • Experience supporting customer service operations

  • Proven ability to coach staff and enforce standards

  • Strong organizational skills

· Effective people management and customer interaction skills

  • Comfortable with scheduling tools, email, and reporting

  • Ability to work independently

  • Valid driver's license and reliable transportation; clean driving record required

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Experience in property management, facilities, hospitality, retail, or service operations

  • Vendor and contractor coordination experience

  • Experience managing staff schedules and coverage

  • Experience with customer-facing rental operations and workflows

  • Familiarity with conducting inspections and maintaining regulatory compliance

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $6, $7,250.00 per month
