Bartender

Job Overview
We are seeking an enthusiastic and skilled Bartender to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for mixology and a commitment to providing exceptional customer service in a fast-paced environment. As a Bartender, you will be responsible for crafting beverages, serving guests, and ensuring a memorable experience for all patrons. Experience in fine dining or nightlife settings is highly desirable.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages according to standard recipes and customer preferences.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area, including equipment and supplies.
• Provide excellent customer service by engaging with guests, taking orders, and addressing any inquiries or concerns.
• Operate Aloha POS or Micros POS systems for order processing and cash handling.
• Manage time effectively during busy shifts to ensure timely service.
• Ensure compliance with food safety and handling regulations while serving food items as needed.
• Assist with banquet services and catering events as required.
• Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure smooth operations during peak hours.
• Demonstrate knowledge of brewing techniques, cocktail recipes, and wine pairings to enhance guest experiences.

Experience

• Previous bartending experience in a restaurant or nightclub setting is preferred.
• Familiarity with POS systems such as Aloha or Micros is advantageous.
• Strong time management skills to handle multiple orders efficiently.
• Excellent customer service skills with the ability to create a welcoming atmosphere for guests.
• Basic math skills for accurate cash handling and sales transactions.
• Experience in food service, catering, or banquet operations is a plus.
