We are currently seeking a
Senior Data Scientist
to join our dynamic team and contribute across various verticals including training, project mentorship, and execution of real-world data science projects.

About the Role
:

Responsibilities
:

• Training and Placement Support
• Conduct in-depth training sessions on core Data Science topics including data wrangling, statistics, machine learning, and advanced analytics.
• Design and deliver course materials, hands-on projects, and interactive sessions tailored to learners' backgrounds and goals.
• Provide interview preparation, including mock interviews and technical Q&A sessions.
• Offer support as a proxy for interviews where applicable, ensuring candidate confidence and performance.
• Guide candidates on post-interview feedback and continuous skill development.
• Project Support
• Provide mentorship and technical support to trainees working on industry projects.
• Assist in understanding project scope, data requirements, model deployment, and KPI evaluation.
• Troubleshoot challenges in coding, data pipelines, modeling, and validation.
• Promote best practices for documentation and reproducibility in data science workflows.
• Independent Project Execution
• Lead or collaborate on end-to-end Data Science projects for external clients or internal initiatives.
• Understand business problems, define analytical approaches, and deliver actionable insights.
• Use advanced statistical models, machine learning algorithms, and data storytelling techniques.
• Stay abreast of industry trends, tools, and research in Data Science and apply them innovatively.
• Ensure project delivery on time with post-deployment support.

Qualifications
:

• Education
  : Bachelor's or master's degree in computer science, Statistics, Mathematics, or a related quantitative field. PhD is a plus.
• Experience
  : Minimum 6–10 years of industry experience in data science, machine learning, or statistical modelling.

Required Skills
:

• Proficiency in Python or R for data analysis and modeling.
• Solid experience with libraries such as pandas, NumPy, Scikit-learn, TensorFlow, or PyTorch.
• Experience with SQL and data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI, matplotlib, seaborn).
• Hands-on experience with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, Azure).
• Expertise in building and deploying ML models (supervised/unsupervised), deep learning, NLP, and predictive analytics.

Preferred Skills
:

• Understanding of data privacy, ethics, and governance.
• Familiarity with MLOps and model lifecycle management.
• Experience working with real-time data and streaming analytics.
